Recognizing that maintaining the exterior of each unit is important to keep the community neat and clean as a whole, the Smith Springs Board of Directors issues award for the best looking yard and deck of the quarter.

 

Since parking on the curbs can cause problems for residents and owners trying to navigate the neighborhood, the board also feels that it is important to give recognition to those that do their part to keep the community’s roads clear.
